One advantage to using stainless steel is that it is fire and heat
resistant allowing it to resist fire scaling retaining its strength
at high temperatures.  Its  non-porous  surface makes it hygienic
and easily cleaned making it the primary choice for applications
which require strict hygiene control.
Some disadvantages in using stainless steel are its high cost of
final polishing and finishing.
